Great food. Good service.

We had ordered the 3 course menu on New Year's Eve and that made the otherwise sad New Year's Eve very special! Price performance 10/10! It arrived on time and was so delicious! Always happy! I can only recommend! Happy New Year :)

I love the gluten-free range of dishes in the Cavallino, the pizza bread is absolutely amazing and there is also a super nice team! Even "to go" is not a problem during Corona, really well organized.

Very tasty and honest Italian cuisine. The service is very nice and has typical Italian humor. Advice is great and customer requests are met. Absolute recommendation.

We had a wonderful evening at the Cavallino. The gluten-free food tastes absolutely delicious, I was able to order every pasta dish gluten-free. The service and wine were great too. We'd love to come back :-)

The pizza goes up and down again now ... I was amazed that it was also as tough as the dish without being burned, instead the Café at the end was burnt and without cream ... The waiter forgot half of the reservations. .. to pay with your card doesn't work ...

It was ok but nothing special. The food was ok but not very tasty. Rather below average in my opinion. We won't be back.

Were eating there in a small group with a reservation. At the beginning, when ordering the food, our table in the entire restaurant only occupied two other tables. Nevertheless we had to wait an hour for our food. the quality of the food was OK - but by no means outstanding. There are a dozen Italians in Stuttgart who are equally good or better. With every drink order, at least one drink was forgotten and only served after asking several times. The staff was completely overwhelmed and when asked politely where the drinks are, a stupid saying was let loose in Italian. It's just stupid if the guest can also speak Italian. Hospitality and good service are different.

Was there for the first time yesterday. The food was delicious and the service very friendly. Definitely come back. Can only recommend it.

Excellent food

In general, service is very poor. I have waited around 15min just to have the menu. The staff is really friendly but not that good I had Carpaccio di Manzo as antipasti and it wasn't good at all. Then I had chicken for main dishes that I strictly asked for no potatoes and a little bit more veggies. It came with potatoes and almost no veggies. Maybe I came here in a bad day, but for sure I will not come back either.

Very high pricing - Bad quality. We went here on new year's eve. The prices were a lot higher than on the menu on their website. There was very limited choices available on the menu of the night. We all had the carpaccio salmon and a ravioli. The carpaccio came straight out of the fridge and was literally ICE COLD, and it tasted like nothing. The ravioli was not really warm and tasted not special either. The cheapest white wine was €7,50 per glas and was very mediocre, didn't justify the price at all. Would not at all recommend this restaurant.

Italian. They did a good job of serving fifty starving guys and girls at the same time, keeping a good quality for all the dishes that were served (salad, raviolis and pannacotta). The service could be better, but they should all be under stress.

The local is really nice and so is the ambiance, and the service. But watch out with the pizzas, since some of them don't come with tomate sauce on them and literally taste like nothing (it wasn't even stated on the menu that they wouldn't be done without). The soup and the pasta were really good tho. But I wouldn't recommend the place.

Great food! Accommodating to kids.

Today we tried the surprise menu for two and, as always, we enjoyed Cavallino very well.

Terrible service. Servers feigned inability to understand English, so we used our broken German and Italian to order. We later heard them speaking English to other guests. They declined to bring a carafe of water, but brought water to other tables nearby. When we asked again, they got upset. The server angrily brought warm tap water and added €4.50 to the bill for it. Decent food but the “fresh” and “house made” pasta was neither fresh nor home made.

We recommend. Although we had lost some time and about 40 minutes late, we were very friendly and warm welcome from the staff. The really inconspicuous from the outside very cozy and family-style Cavallino, invites you to linger together. The food is really delicious and fresh and leaves nothing to be desired Italian cuisine. Fresh homemade pasta, delicious pizza and fresh meat and fish dishes delight the palate of every guest. Of course, you should take some time, if several courses are ordered menu, the staff is very hard, that really all at the same time eat. From us 5 stars and we will definitely come back even if we are separated almost 90 kilometers.

Just had a really nice diner at this restaurant. As soon as we sat in the place, we already New we would like it. We were taken care of quickly and professionally. You have a broad choice of courses. The food was really delicious and served pretty quickly (which was an advantage as we were going to the cinema). I would definitely recommend for a romantic diner, a girls’ night out or a family thing.

The staff is very friendly and the pizza was delicious. In the evening you should definitely book. Value for money is good.

A nice restaurant with tasty Italian food for a really good price. The restaurant has a good atmosphere and I like that you could see into the kitchen even though this slightly raised the volume in the locale. Our waiter was the perfect amount of attentive, fast but not constantly hanging over us. I recommend this restaurant for a nice evening out.
